We love keeping memories of the good times we have at the Gosnells Women's Collective and we would like to inform everyone that images we take may be used for publicity purposes on our website, in reports to our funding bodies, on our Facebook page etc.
Please let the committee members or volunteers know if you do NOT consent to yourself and /or your child/children being photographed so we can ensure your privacy is respected.
If you believe a person is taking images or video inappropriately, please approach a committee member immediately. They can then assess the situation and may request the person to stop taking images. If the person refuses, the police may be called to escort them off the property.
If there are reasonable concerns that a person (adult or child) is taking photographs/video that are indecent or in areas like toilets, then the committee member will contact the police immediately.
Please note that it is best to raise any concerns you have immediately with a committee member so that the matter can be followed up and dealt with promptly.
If a criminal offence is considered to have been committed, the appropriate authorities will be contacted for advice and guidance.
